WeDo (Teachers & Adults)

Learners will build Lego robots and machines and then program them using the WeDo 2.0 Visual Programming Application.  Learners will program sensors to detect the tilt of the robot and distance from an object.  The distance sensor will also be programmed to stop a Lego car before it crashes into the wall.  Building strong structure is an important concept to understand, and so learners will create an earthquake simulator to test the structures that they have built.  Replicating nature in robotics, learners will create a robotic caterpillar.
